Dr. Justin Bonvallet
Dr Justin Bonvallet was born and raised in rural Illinois. At a young age he learned the value in hard work and dedication from his family. Since graduating from Southern Illinois university school of Dental Medicine in 2006, he has dedicated a strong commitment to his patients by passionately educating himself in order to provide the most advanced dental procedures available.
He was awarded the title of Fellow by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2009. Complex reconstructions and implant surgeries are his passion. Attentively listening to his patients needs and desires are what help him propose and provide the best course of treatment for that individual.
Outside of the office, you will usually find him in a boat or climbing a mountain. He is an avid fisherman, hunter, and conservationist.
He also dabbles in winemaking using grapes from his small backyard vineyard. He and Dr. Anna have 2 children, Olivia and Landon.
Neither of which want to be dentists, but they haven’t given up hope yet.
Dr. Anna Bonvallet
Dr. Bonvallet grew up in Southern Illinois and attended McKendree University on an academic scholarship. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002 and continued her education at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, earning her doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2006.
Dr. Bonvallet is passionate about providing personalized comprehensive care to each of her patients. She is mindful that dental visits can be stressful for some and strives to provide a pleasant experience with compassion and gentle care.
In her free time, Dr. Bonvallet enjoys spending time with her children, a daughter and a son, and being outside. She enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and being on the water.
She loves learning, especially about science and history, and can often be found in the middle of a book or a podcast.
In addition to general dental procedures, Dr. Bonvallet is trained to provide Invisalign for patients of all ages.
Dr. Bonvallet is a member of the ADA, the Illinois State Dental Society, and Winnebago County Dental Society. She is also a member of Spear Continuing Education, which provides cutting edge continuing education in all areas of dentistry.
Full arch dental implants provide patients with brand new teeth by utilizing a permanent, titanium-reinforced bridge that can be secured with four to six dental implants. This allows us the flexibility to strategically place the implants in the areas in which the bone is most dense, reducing our need for bone grafting and other supporting treatments.
